Original Caption
"A restaurant and hotel establishment were being constructed right by the side of the road. This is what the advert alludes to. At the time, there was talk about whether a motorway junction would follow - but nothing came of it. For me, this construction was indicative of hastily anticipated dreams for the future, but with a bitter aftertaste."
